During spring semester the immersive CM 230 Renovation of Residential Structures class worked with local non-profits ecoREHAB of Muncie, Inc., Urban Light Community Development, and Brothers 2 Brothers United. Students from a variety of majors, specifically construction management, architecture, interior design, and historic preservation, provided drawings, estimates, and design recommendations to successfully implement these projects.
While they could no longer be onsite due to COVID-19 procedures, the students were still putting together the construction drawings and working with Jason Haney from ecoREHAB from afar!
Construction Management has maintained 100% job placement in the industry for graduating students for the past 6 years!
